melissa_cookingdiva - Great photos Gemma! loved the recipe…We actually use and grow “annato seeds” in Panama too. We call it achiote. It is sold in supermarkets in seed and paste form. I also know it is used as herbal medicine to cure skin allergies :)

A friend of the Ryals! - Hehe I love the Ryals they are great people and I really believe thats why there shop is so amazing! Their sandwiches are so good! I’ve never actually picked the sandwich I wanted to eat they always just gave me one and I loved it!
